Roxanne’s Tax Service was founded in 2003. Prior to forming the company, Roxanne was a Volunteer Income Tax Advisor at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, and Castle Air Force Base, California. While at Castle Air Force Base, Roxanne managed the entire tax program overseeing hundreds of volunteers and providing tax assistance to the entire base community. She ensured thousands of federal and state income tax returns were filed properly at both locations. However, due to Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program constraints, Roxanne decided it would be best for her clients and herself to establish her own tax business. Since 2003, Roxanne has helped over 1,000 clients with tax preparation and financial planning. In 2008, the legal office at Scott Air Force Base requested that Roxanne run the tax program a month into the filing season. Her efforts ensured that the tax program improved, and with 70 other volunteer income tax assistors, the office prepared and e-filed over 1200 returns. Roxanne also continued running her tax practice during this time as well. She specializes in military income tax returns, but can handle all individual income tax returns, including all state and local tax returns.

Roxanne also started attending law school in 2002 and obtained her Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2006. She is licensed to practice law in both Missouri and Illinois. She has expanded her business into estate planning and wills to ensure her clients receive all financial advantages possible.
